About this video
Two pharmaceutical companies, two paths to go paperless and the same gains. In this panel of the Organex Summit, Biolab and Theraskin tell, through the voice of those who implemented it, how they took manufacturing off paper with NEO, from T2 Software.
Biolab took an entire plant at a time to electronic recording, starting with the softgel plant, with a dedicated team. Theraskin went by the base: first the production flow, cleaning and weighing, with key users from each area. Production planning comes now and electronic batch recording, later.
What you will see in the conversation
- What went right and what went wrong in each path.
- Why digitalizing forces you to ask why each control exists, as in "mix 5 minutes", which paper accepted without a range.
- How the first paperless inspection went and how to present the system to the inspector.
- The challenge of having each operator register presence in the order.
- Lot record review by exception.
- How to justify the investment to the board.
With Paulo Fernandes (Theraskin) and Luiz Sophia (Biolab). Moderation: Rodrigo Klein (T2 Software).
